妓女假奶可抵稅　「無腦計劃」浪擲5億公帑

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】美國共和黨籍的聯邦參議員柯本前天公布美國政府《2013年流水帳》，羅列聯邦政府今年100項浪費人民血汗錢的「無腦計劃」，其中一項為內華達州妓院減稅，妓女裝假奶、水電支出等雜費，均可申報抵稅，浪費納稅人約5億元。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，柯本批評，最浪費納稅人錢的計劃，是歐巴馬健保光架設網站（www.healthcare.gov）就花了約95億元，還花了203億元打廣告。NASA花約1069萬台幣研究「枕頭太空人」，請20人躺在微微傾斜的床上70天，隨便他們要打電動、看電視，為了研究太空飛行對人體的可能影響；另，NASA也花約371萬台幣，研究可列印披薩的3D印表機，盼太空人有朝一日也能吃到披薩。
