滇緬孤軍後裔服役給予身分證？　嚴明：考慮

【王烱華／台北報導】為增加募兵來源，國民黨立委盧秀燕上午建議，將無法擁有身分證，迄今無法回台的滇緬孤軍後裔，可提供服志願役後，給予身份證。國防部長嚴明在答詢時表示，可以考慮，給予滇緬孤軍後裔服役後提供身分證。

立法院外交及國防委員會上午邀請嚴明報告國防部「推動募兵制現況檢討與策進」，盧秀燕認為，國軍現行招募士兵一直無法突破，應該可以多方考慮其他招募來源，因此，盧秀燕建議，將目前仍在滇緬地區的國軍後代列入國防部募兵來源的考慮，嚴明作了上述答覆。
