黨內再勸馬王和　馬英九：解決仍須創造條件

【晏明強／台北報導】國民黨下午舉行中常會，據轉述，多次發言挺王的中常委林榮德再度發言建議總統馬英九，應比照前南非總統曼德拉的大和解精神，與立法院長王金平和解，化解黨內爭議全力拼經濟。中常委江碩平也說，希望馬能明確宣示，在訴訟尚未確定前王仍是黨員。馬英九表示，黨內事黨內解決，他一直這樣主張，這也不需要在法院解決，但國民黨是被告，雙方仍需要創造可解決的條件，國民黨願意配合，也會繼續努力。

國民黨秘書長曾永權也說，全代會後黨中央已成立專案小組處理王案，這段時間他與副主席、黨務主管對此問題交換意見，目前還沒有達到大家都能接受的解決方案。馬也當場指示考紀會副主委、廉能會執行長沈榮鋒向中常委說明。沈指出，黨內有人建議可由廉能會主動調查，但經廉能會委員交換意見後認為，申訴期內王未提申訴，若由廉能會主動調查並不符合程序正義，他強調，「現階段不宜且不適當」，何況廉能會也沒有司法調查權。
