清境2危險民宿停業免拆　限1個月內改善

【王家俊／台北報導】內政部下午公布清境民宿調查報告，南投縣代縣長陳志清在記者會上說，會先要求2家在優先處理區的違法業者停業，建築部分必須限期改正、1個月內提出申請，若改善，則和另外優先處理區的3家一樣成為合法建築，可以申請成為民宿，若未補照成功才會面臨拆除，另有5家業者部分位在優先處理區將再行會勘確認位置。

李鴻源說，據南投縣政府提供資料，位在該特定區內旅宿業115家，全部位在優先處理區者有5家，其中清境羊角村鄉村民宿及楓丹白露2家為未合法登記民宿，會請南投縣政府「優先處理」，另3家雖合法登記，但仍有部分違建，南投縣政府將要求限期改正，屆期未改正者另行揭露。此外，有5家業者，部分位在優先處理區者，李說，為進一步釐清其確切位置，將由南投縣政府邀集相關機關及專家學者實地會勘後再確認。
