全球首例　老婦染H10N8禽流感死亡

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】H7N9禽流感威脅還沒解除，香港衞生署又接獲中國國家衞生和計劃生育委員會(國家衞生計生委)通報，江西省有一名73歲老婦，成為全球第一起人類感染甲型禽流感H10N8的死亡個案。

病人本身長期患病免疫力較弱，於11月30日入住當地醫院接受治療。臨床診斷為嚴重肺炎，在本月6日死亡。病人曾到訪當地活禽市場，她的家居及密切接觸者正在接受醫學檢驗，至今沒有出現病徵及異常情況。

香港衞生防護中心表示，甲型流感H10N8目前還不是港府的法定須通報傳染病，但衞生防護中心公共衞生化驗服務處可透過病毒分離或基因測試，有效檢測到這種病毒。香港至今還沒有發現人類感染個案。

香港大學微生物學系講座教授袁國勇表示，過去從沒有人類感染H10N8禽流感，相信這是全球首例，但他認為只是個別個案，目前仍無法證實病毒有基因「洗牌」或人傳人的風險，民眾毋需擔心。
