無視謝絕推銷 澳洲業者被重罰

澳洲一名能源公司雇員挨家挨戶跑業務，無視一戶人家門上貼著「謝絕推銷」的牌子，逕自登門談生意，結果是雇主被罰澳幣六萬元（五萬三六○○美元）。

澳洲聯邦法院命令澳大利亞氣電公司南澳分公司，及行銷業者CPM Australia，為二○一一年十一月在阿得雷德的這起擾民事件支付罰金。澳洲聯邦法院表示，儘管門上有謝絕推銷的牌子，「銷售人員還是敲門，想談成能源供應的生意」。
