烏克蘭總統跟反對派談判 拒絕要求

烏克蘭總統「亞努科維奇」在強大壓力下，跟反對派領袖舉行會談，卻拒絕接受反對派提出的要求。

這次會談在基輔「國家藝術宮」舉行，會談持續兩個半小時，電視實況轉播。反對派要求解散政府，理由是，如果反對派要他下台，就必須由國會舉行不信任投票。

「亞努科維奇」說，烏克蘭這個月三號舉行不信任投票，沒有過關，因此不能解散政府。

烏克蘭的動亂已持續三個星期，原因是「亞努科維奇」拒絕和歐盟簽訂夥伴協議，準備疏遠歐盟、並加強與俄羅斯的關係，引發國內民眾不滿。有成千上萬民眾聚集在首都基輔得「獨立廣場」，搭起帳棚，要求「亞努科維奇」下台。
