【方翊倩／綜合報導】天冷吃鍋物最保暖，但可得擔心食道癌找上身！醫師指出，要預防食道癌，除了要避免菸酒檳榔等壞習慣外，也要少吃過熱的食物減少食道刺激。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，義大醫院與台大醫院所進行的臨床研究顯示，從超過一千個口腔癌病患進行胃鏡篩檢，有高達二成口腔癌患者已發現食道癌蹤跡，還好其中一半以上屬於早期食道癌，透過手術可根治。這項研究證實了口腔癌與食道癌息息相關，主因是二者致癌因子幾乎相同，都是菸酒檳榔者居多。目前除了菸酒檳榔等危險因子，食道癌的發生也可能與胃食道逆流、熱飲等文明因素有關。
