新莊5歲童墜樓案　市府重罰幼兒園30萬元

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市新莊區一名五歲男童吳培偉墜樓身亡，副市長侯友宜今天帶隊前往案發尼爾生幼兒園，進行全面性公安稽查，發現小孩疑似墜樓的後陽台廁所，是一處加蓋違章建築，其他招生人數、師生比皆符合規定，雖然警方尚未釐清意外發生原因，但該幼兒園確定有提供不適當設施致死的責任，當場依違反《兒童與少年福利與權益保障法》第107條，從重開出30萬元罰單，至於幼兒園是否有因情節重大而應停業，須等檢警調查結果出爐，才能判定。

侯友宜表示，尼爾生幼兒園陽台違建廁所，把陽台高度墊高，原本有110公分高，增建後只剩下不到80公分，加上窗戶沒有緊閉，才會發生墜樓的意外，所以按照兒權法，該園因提供不安全設備設施，從重處罰30萬元；令增建廁所一定要拆除，窗戶使用安全隔離窗台，命其限期改善。
