伊朗不希望阿富汗與美簽協議

伊朗外交部發言人阿夫哈姆(Marzieh Afkham)今天(3日)要求阿富汗，不要與美國簽署雙邊安全協議，以免讓美國和北約盟邦的成千上萬部隊，在2014年之後繼續在阿富汗駐軍10年。

美國與阿富汗在11月20日就雙邊安全協議草案達成共識，草案中列出2014年之後美軍留駐阿富汗的條件。

阿富汗總統卡賽(Hamid Karzai)預定下星期前往伊朗訪問，伊朗外交部在卡賽到訪之前，提出這項要求。

卡賽本人也支持這項協議，不過，在同意之後又附加了新條件，並且將簽署的日期延到明年4月的總統大選之後。

阿夫哈姆表示，伊朗不認為，簽署通過這項協議有助於阿富汗的長期利益。

美國正敦促卡賽，儘快簽署這項協議。
