【張菱育／台北報導】台北市中山區中古套房交易熱絡，不少知名社區每坪單價在6~8字頭，總價為1500萬元以下，較好入手，吸引不少首購族進駐。

信義房屋中山南京店店長謝致遠表示，像「歐夏蕾」、「國賓SMART」、「國賓藝術」、「美麗國賓」、「大漢雙城」、「基泰之星」、「冠德中山」、「美麗行舘」等，都是中山區較知名或交易熱絡的套房社區，其中以中山北路二段上物件價格最好，每坪單價在6~8字頭，總價700~1500萬元，因套房物件僅能貸款7成，有些首購買方還是需要長輩協助買房。
