高雄街頭砍人案　2惡煞遭收押

【林錫淵、吳世龍／高雄報導】高雄街頭昨天凌晨發生機車騎士無辜遭砍殺，警方當天逮捕開休旅車的翁男（32歲）後，涉嫌動刀砍人的陳男（32歲）及陳男王姓女友（23歲），自知難逃法網，今天主動到鳳山分警說明，陳男坦承是幫朋友出氣才持西瓜刀砍殺騎士，王女否認打人，是叫男友不要打了，警方下午將翁、陳2人依殺人未遂、妨害自由、毀損罪送辦，王女則列為關係人，晚間法官裁定2男收押。

警方還查出，翁男昨天被逮捕後，一直未吐實，向警方說謊車內只有2男1女，但家屬質疑被害人是看到3男1女，其中1男還大聲說：「有人在看這裡了，快走。」翁男今才供出說這句話的是車內另名侯姓男子（26歲），警方正追查侯男下落及是否參與行兇。
