2013兩岸企業家紫金山峰會在南京順利閉幕。在閉幕式上，發表了《兩岸企業家峰會 2013紫金山會議共同倡議》，呼籲兩岸企業家攜起手來，推動兩岸經濟合作不斷取得更大進展，增強中華民族經濟整體實力，不斷夯實兩岸關係和平發展的經濟基礎。

2013兩岸企業家紫金山峰會在南京順利閉幕。在閉幕式上，發表了《兩岸企業家峰會 2013紫金山會議共同倡議》，呼籲兩岸企業家攜起手來，推動兩岸經濟合作不斷取得更大進展，增強中華民族經濟整體實力，不斷夯實兩岸關係和平發展的經濟基礎。兩岸企業家峰會雙方理事會長曾培炎、蕭萬長和副理事長盛華仁、江丙坤出席閉幕式。
根據臺灣網報導，為期1天半的兩岸企業家峰會共吸引600多名企業家以及重要工商團體負責人與會，圍繞『兩岸產業合作新局：挑戰與對策』主題和『兩岸經濟轉型與產業合作』等7個專題進行了深入討論。7個合作推進小組分別舉辦專題論壇，探討兩岸產業合作新路，開創兩岸產業合作新局，推動兩岸產業在價值鏈、產業鏈上實現全面合作。
兩岸企業家共同倡議，峰會應加強經濟形勢研判，開展宏觀政策對話；密切溝通決策部門，及時反映業界呼聲；整合雙方優勢資源，共創雙贏發展局面；擴大產業合作領域，提升產業合作水平；強化企業主體地位，增強兩岸業者責任；推進雙向投資專案，落實峰會各項成果；推動兩岸峰會交流，完善峰會制度建設；打造兩岸共同市場，促進兩岸共同繁榮。
峰會期間，七個合作推進小組和兩岸有關企業共簽署了24項交流合作備忘錄和合作專案。雙方商定2014年兩岸企業家峰會於明(2014)年下半年在臺北舉行。
