十九全將屆 敏感提案針鋒相對

國民黨明天將舉行第19次全國黨代表大會，擁馬、擁王的黨代表，將分別在全代會臨時提案「黨主席維護司法獨立」和「恢復王金平黨籍」。為必免橫生枝節，據了解國民黨中央已經全力疏處，希望黨代表打消提出這些敏感提案的念頭。

「恢復王金平黨籍」臨時提案是由國民黨中常委、冠軍集團董事長林榮德發起。全代會臨時提案的門檻是100人，據了解，目前支持此案的人數已達門檻。不過，具體提案內容尚在討論中。

「請馬主席維護司法獨立」的臨時提案，則明顯就是針對王金平的司法關說案而來。而且據了解，相關內容的提案不只一個，還有臨時提案是「要求國會改革」。是否多案併為一案，也尚未確定。
