邱文達:民生詐欺絕不寬貸

食用油風暴未落幕，並繼續追查違法添加銅葉綠素的食品業者，衛生福利部長邱文達表示，今天起將重罰販售不合格食用油產品，對這些「民生詐欺案」絕不寬貸，同時除了日後展開其他食品的分階段稽查，也考慮未來要求食品大廠進行食品原料的登錄。

食用油黑心業者連環爆，衛福部一路挨打，烏龍公文還被重批有隱匿嫌疑。邱文達今天出席台灣醫學會學術研討會時表示，昨天是油安行動的D-Day，即日起所有食用油不能摻偽假冒、標示不實，一旦發現會加重處罰，追究到底，根據各縣市稽查，到昨天只有0.88%的產品標示不實。

但被媒體追問他面對這一連串風波，是否考慮下台負責，邱文達並未正面回答，而是強調「在困難的時候，會負責把事情都做好」。
