謝淑映雙打爆冷 勝頭號種子

海碩杯女網賽，謝淑薇的妹妹謝淑映大爆冷門，跟日本選手第一輪打到搶十局以十比八險勝日本名將伊達公子跟中國大陸的張帥，謝淑映再贏一場雙打排名有機會突破個人新高。（陳楷報導）

謝淑映第一次碰到伊達公子跟張帥，賽前特別還找森田步美練球，「很興奮，超嗨的。我們沒有壓力，輸了是正常，贏了就讚。」首盤六比四獲勝以後四比六被追平，打到搶十局謝淑映跟日本的土居美笑一度以九比三領先，卻連丟五分被追到八比九，最後一個賽末點對手挑戰成功又要重打，幸好還是獲勝。

在姐姐謝淑薇後面打球的壓力其實不小，謝淑映通常「姊唱妹隨」，自己挑都挑日本搭檔，跟土居不分前後排都能打，「打了這麼多雙打其實我一直自我檢討，因為手腕受傷，抽球接發球失誤很多，其實伊達抽不太贏我，就想抽穩一點減少失誤才有機會獲勝。」謝淑映也稱讚土居的發球，目前199名的謝淑映希望明年雙打排名能進入前一百名。
