常用降血壓藥 恐急性腎衰竭

英國最新研究發現，服用降血壓藥「血管張力素轉化酵素抑制劑」（ACE inhibitor）患者較容易急性腎衰竭。急性腎衰竭死亡風險達百分之三十之多。

英國劍橋大學研究團隊首次發現，血管張力素轉化酵素抑制劑可能造成急性腎臟衰竭副作用。研究成果已發表於「公共科學圖書館綜和期刊」（PLOS ONE,）

研究人員觀察住院急性腎衰竭患者服用血管張力素轉化酵素抑制劑的比率，分析二ＯＯ七年到二ＯＯ八年與二Ｏ一Ｏ年到二Ｏ一一年資料，結果發現，在這兩段時間，住院患者增加百分之五十二，用藥患者則增加百分之十六。研究進一步發現，用藥患者當中，很多人因急性腎衰竭住院、急診。

研究人員提醒，患者千萬不要因為讀到這篇報導就自行停用降血壓藥物。醫師若能謹慎用藥，或許可以降低腎臟疾病風險，並可以節省更多醫療費用、挽救更多人命，

研究作者指出，很多急性腎衰竭患者擔心使用這些藥物會傷害身體。事實上，尿道、胸腔感染也可能造成急性腎臟衰竭。因此當急性腎臟衰竭患者進入急診室時，醫師最好為患者進行抽血檢查，並讓患者暫時停止使用血管張力素轉化酵素抑制劑。
