索羅斯捐100萬美元 協助敘利亞人道救援

富豪金融家「索羅斯」承諾捐款100萬美元，協助敘利亞的人道救援。

「索羅斯」在接受「國際救援委員會」為獎勵他對人權及社會的貢獻而頒贈他「自由勳章」時宣布，捐出一百萬美元，作為敘利亞的人道救援基金。

他說，冬天即將來臨，敘利亞人民在飽受戰火蹂躪的同時，還要面對冰冷的天氣及飢餓，尤其是兒童，營養不良的情況越來越嚴重。

「索羅斯」同時也指出，儘管在美國與俄羅斯從中斡旋後，達成某些政治協議，但是敘利亞政府及反抗軍為了能在即將舉行的和談中，取得更好的籌碼，紛紛干預人道物資的運送，因而使得人民的困境更加惡化。
