高鐵斷電找出肇因 鹽分濕度太高

高鐵昨天發生供電異常停駛，高鐵公司下午對外說明原因，由於確保月台施工安全的區分絕緣器中間的5公分絕緣空隙，因為海邊的濕氣、鹽分過高，填滿了5公分的絕緣空隙，破壞絕緣，造成放電。高鐵公司表示，區分絕緣器的溼度與鹽分的破壞程度超過原本預期，已更新區分絕緣器，並暫時取消區分絕緣器的絕緣斷電措施，確保高鐵營運正常。

高鐵公司董事長歐晉德表示，高鐵公司針對這次意外絕對誠實以對，不逃避責任，會記取教訓不迴避；未來將持續檢討改進在第一時間提供給旅客精確資訊，減少旅客不便。
