監聽案 監委約詢鄭深元

監察院今天表示，調查關說、監聽案的監察委員洪德旋、吳豐山，今(4) 日上午9時半約詢特偵組檢察官鄭深元。約詢迄12時結束。至於案情內容，二位委員表示，依監察法規定無法對外透露。

鄭深元在本案中承辦偵訊監聽案業務。據指出，約詢重點在瞭解8月31日鄭深元先後偵訊林秀濤、陳正芬兩位高檢署檢察官的情形、鄭深元辦理監聽0972電話的詳細經過，以及特偵組製作向總統及行政院長專案報告的情形。
