翁文祺接任中華郵政董座

中華郵政公司昨（四）舉辦新任董事長到任典禮，新任董事長翁文祺背景為金融專長，並曾任我國駐印代表。交通部長葉匡時期待翁董事長可帶領中華郵政更進步。

中華郵政董事長原為曾任金管會副主委李季珠，不過任職不到半年，就被台灣金融控股公司挖去擔任董事長，遺缺由交通部政務次長陳純敬暫代，上個月八日行政院終於核定由翁文祺接任中華郵政公司董事長。

翁文祺是葉匡時台大政治系學弟，投資及風險管理碩士學位在英國倫敦市立大學所取得，曾經在財政部歷任過證券暨期貨管理委員會外資管理組副組長、金融局國際金融組組長、財政部參事兼常駐WTO代表團參事、行政院金融監督管理委員會參事兼駐紐約代表辦處主任、駐印代表等職務。

交通部指出，翁文祺具有國際視野與金融專才，中華郵政在他的領導下，可積極拓展各項業務，提昇郵政服務品質及競爭力。
