颱風「范斯高」未直撲日本 但雨量不可忽視

今年第二十七號颱風「范斯高」，繞過日本並沒有直衝，不過它的外圍環流，卻給日本「四國」地區帶來豪雨。日本氣象廳呼籲，日本本州中部地區、九州及四國等，都需要慎防因為大雨所造成的土石流，以及河流水位暴漲等情況。

目前，日本雨量較大的地方，是四國與伊豆群島附近；之後，以「東日本」為中心的雨量，可能會加大。
