日福島外海7.1強震　宮城出現30公分海嘯

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本福島外海於當地時間今天凌晨2時11分發生7.1強震，日本氣象廳隨即對東北部沿海地區發布黃色海嘯警告（海嘯高度低於1公尺）。日本《每日新聞》報導，當地時間凌晨3時7分（台灣時間2時7分）在宮城縣石卷市觀測到30公分高的海嘯，岩手縣大船渡市出現20公分海嘯。
