據英國《衛報》報導，日前畢卡索的後人決定以『抽彩售貨』的方法銷售畢卡索一幅名畫。任何人只要花100歐元，就可能贏得至少價值67.5萬英鎊畢卡索畫作。
畢卡索孫子發行『彩票』
根據大河網報導，為了慈善，也為了讓普通人也能擁有收藏一幅畢卡索名畫的機會，畢卡索的孫子奧利維爾·畢卡索將向全球發行5萬張『彩票』，任何人只需花費100歐元就能購買一張『彩票』，參與贏取畢卡索畫作《戴折疊禮帽的男人》。
12月18日，畢卡索後人將在英國索斯比拍賣行和一名法庭官員的監督下在巴黎開獎，從5萬張賣出的『彩票』當中抽出一名中獎者，這名『幸運兒』將以100歐元的代價得到這幅畢卡索名畫！由於中獎概率達五萬分之一，顯然比中彩票大獎的概率要高多了。
奧利維爾稱，募集到的500萬歐元善款將全部捐給聯合國的藝術和文化慈善計劃，專門用於黎巴嫩南部古老的泰爾城的古蹟保護。
全球網友均可參與
奧利維爾稱，這將是祖父的藝術作品第一次通過這種方式轉手，他相信祖父如果在世，一定也會喜歡這一創意。奧利維爾說：『我祖父是一位喜歡探索的先驅，他喜歡在各個方面進行創新。此外他還喜歡幫助別人。』
據悉，世界所有國家的人都可以透過網路在線購買抽彩票。有意者只要登錄『100歐元一幅畢卡索』網站(www.1picasso100euros.com)，並在頁面上的表格上填寫好相應的資訊，就能透過網上銀行付款購買一張抽彩票，目前該網站已經售出了成千上萬張『抽彩售貨』票。
該計劃的參與者、奧利維爾的好友和法國記者佩麗·科欽接受採訪時說：『如果你贏得了這幅名作，但卻不想收藏它，你完全有權再賣掉它。』
