兩岸互設辦 總統：政治性質

總統馬英九今天說，兩岸互設辦事機構不是經濟性質，而屬政治性質；兩岸若簽訂互設辦事機構協議，「可以說政治性最高的一個」。

馬總統上午在總統府接見美國「外交政策全國委員會」（NCAFP）訪華團。訪問團由會長史瓦博領隊，團員都是長期關注兩岸事務的學者及重要退休官員。

總統提及剛落幕APEC，中華民國領袖代表、前副總統蕭萬長與美國務卿凱瑞舉行雙方會談；雙方對於台灣未來參與跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）交換意見，都有正面發展。
