目前是學生且身份是僑生的我未滿19歲在2013年6月30日請了另外1位21歲的僑生朋友簽下了遠傳775+398配套搭配小米2S 但我直到最近才發現有學生方案可當時那位貌似新手的遠傳人員根本沒跟我們提過這學生方案雖然一開始我們就表明我們是學生我後來算了算我目前的配套和學生配套發現貴多了大約4000元，可是我現在卻什麼都做不了嗎？？我的朋友目前在台東，而我在台北就算要違約想必也得勞煩他下來台北或我去台東但我在想這究竟是我們的問題還是..?? 因為一直有一個想法在心裡環繞著便是：為何我們得為遠傳人員的過失（還是是我們的疏忽？？）而背負責任.. 若我們違約，得繳付多10000元那麼僑生保證金2400元，我不知是不是還能拿回來嗎？？請問各位大大有什麼建議嗎？？謝謝:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.239.176
