台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘向總統馬英九報告關說涉嫌洩密案，檢方已傳喚馬總統至北檢應訊，有消息指出，總統已經走密道親赴博愛辦公室，另外，還有行政院院長江宜樺、前總統府副秘書長羅智強，皆以證人身分出現。
對於外界質疑檢察總長黃世銘，在案件尚未簽結之前，就兩次到總統官邸向馬英九報告內容，可能涉及洩密一事，馬總統表示，根據法律規定，國民有作證義務，檢察機關有這個需要他，都會配合。
今晚北檢大動作傳喚所有關係人，除被告黃世銘外，還以證人身分傳喚總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺及總統府前副秘書長羅智強，目前除羅、黃在北檢應訊外，馬、江都在北檢其他辦公室接受偵訊。
