兩岸服貿協議　馬英九：可助金融業登陸

【晏明強／台北報導】國民黨中常委下午安排金管會主委曾銘宗報告「金融監理與發展策略」，曾表示，台灣金融業規模穩定成長，本國銀行獲利也穩定增加，資產品質大幅改善，今年7月底逾放比僅有0.45％，他強調，未來我國金融業的發展策略，除了鬆綁法規創造商機、培養國際金融人才等外，還有兩岸服貿協議開放我方保險業、銀行業及證券業登陸經營，「利遠大於我方付出的部份」，希望能趕快通過實施。

馬英九裁示時則說，對比5年前的金融海嘯讓金融業一片愁雲慘霧，目前我們銀行的規模、獲利情況都很不錯，但除了注意本身的治理及風險管理外，政府也希望能讓金融業對外開疆拓土，兩岸服貿協議就是在這樣的情況下，爭取到不錯的條件，希望讓更多金融業到大陸發展且能回饋台灣。馬英九也肯定曾銘宗報告所言，未來將引導保險資金投入公共建設及長期照護產業。他說，保險業豐沛的資金若能有計畫的導入長照產業，將能夠大幅度減輕政府的財政負擔。
