擅領亡夫存款101萬　老婦被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市1名85歲張姓老婦，8年前在陸姓丈夫往生後，未經全體繼承人同意，私自拿丈夫印章到郵局提領丈夫名下的101萬元存款，並將錢全數轉入自己名下。直到最近，才被繼子發現提告。
 
老婦辯稱，老公死前有交代，若他過世，就把他名下的錢轉存到老婦的帳戶內。但台中地檢署認為，即便老婦說詞屬實也已觸犯偽造文書罪嫌，依法將她提起公訴。
