每年國慶日都能看到穿著旗袍與白色高跟鞋銘傳大學接待人員，稱為「金釵」，除了去(2013)年即開始廣徵的男性服務員「金帥」外，今(2013)年更有兩位外籍生加入金釵行列，她們是來自俄羅斯的李愛拉，與來自馬來西亞的蔡倩文。
銘傳的28位服務人員在2日首次亮相，他們將在國慶大會觀禮台上擔任貴賓接待工作，條件為：女生身高在165至175公分間，體重為50公斤的標準體重；男生身高需在180公分以上。他們從遴選中脫穎而出，由日航前空姐指導美姿美儀與國際禮儀。他們將穿上紅色滾藍邊旗袍與西裝，引導中外貴賓入座，並提供諮詢。
