上周募集逾40億現金 新日光股價走高

新日光（3576）上周密集完成可轉債和現增的募集，合計拿到逾40億元現金，除反映市場對於太陽能產業景氣回升的肯定之外，也認同新日光的產能優勢，激勵上周股價最高衝上31.2元、創去年3月以來新高。儘管後來受到市場傳言指稱美國可能撤回對大陸雙反導致股價壓回，但上周五收盤價28.8元，單周漲幅仍有4.1％。

新日光的CB轉換價為29.35元，比上周五收盤價高，而現增價23.9元，則是考量後續原股東繳款到掛牌還有將近一個月的時間，預留較大的折價空間。不過，新日光周一恢復資券，是否衝擊股價仍待觀察。（王中一）
