法務部：以超然態度 做行政面調查

針對監聽事件，法務部代理部長陳明堂指出，和新任部長羅瑩雪討論後，決定在今天針對監聽事件成立跨單位調查小組，儘速提出完整報告對外公布，新部長也同意在明天上任後，立即針對這次監聽引發的問題，包含監聽浮濫和相關的制度面、法律面和執行面，研議檢討改進方式。

「監聽事件調查小組」原則上會由負責檢察業務的政務次長吳陳鐶負責召集，基本至少會有檢察司等相關單位，成員還正式決定。

陳明堂表示，目前還沒考慮對檢察總長黃世銘做出停職處分，因為成立調查小組的目的就是要以超然的態度，來做行政面的調查，目前只針對外界質疑的監聽部分進行調查。
