另一颱形成！強颱天兔持續發威中，另外，輕度颱風帕布 (編號第20號，國際命名PABUK)，也在21日下午2時生成，中心位置位於北緯 19.5 度，東經 145.5 度，以每小時18公里速度，向北北西轉西北進行。颱風中心氣壓998百帕，近中心最大風速每秒18 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒25公尺，七級風半徑100公里。

另一颱形成！強颱天兔持續發威中，另外，輕度颱風帕布 (編號第20號，國際命名PABUK)，也在21日下午2時生成，中心位置位於北緯 19.5 度，東經 145.5 度，以每小時18公里速度，向北北西轉西北進行。颱風中心氣壓998百帕，近中心最大風速每秒18 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒25公尺，七級風半徑100公里。
至於天兔持續以每小時19公里速度，向西北西轉西進行。21日16時中心氣壓925百帕。中心位置北緯21.0度，東經120.5度，即在鵝鑾鼻的南南西方約110公里之海面上。7級風暴風半徑280公里，10級風暴風半徑120公里。近中心最大風速每秒51公尺(約每小時184公里)，相當於16級風。瞬間最大陣風每秒63公尺(約每小時227公里)，相當於17級風以上。
根據最新資料顯示，天兔颱風目前中心在鵝鑾鼻南南西方海面，向西北西轉西移動，暴風圈仍籠罩恆春半島、臺灣東部、東南部及中南部陸地，各地風雨持續中。預計此颱風強度未來有持續減弱的趨勢。
警戒區域及事項：陸上警戒：蘭嶼、綠島、臺東、恆春半島、屏東、花蓮、高雄、臺南、南投、嘉義、雲林、澎湖及金門地區應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。海上警戒：巴士海峽、臺灣東南部海面、臺灣東北部海面、臺灣海峽及東沙島海面航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。降雨警戒：宜蘭地區應嚴加戒備。
