停班停課遭怨 胡志強：依中央規定

強颱天兔來襲，台中市宣布今(21)日停班停課，儘管天空陰沉，但無風微雨，讓不少準備加工趕班的廠商抱怨連連。市長胡志強表示，宣布停班停課，是依中央氣象局20日晚間預測資料，所做出的決定。

胡志強說，氣象局昨晚發布資訊顯示，今日台中市風力、降雨量，都達到宣布停止上班上課的標準，而且還超過標準非常多，才會宣布停班停課；自己也一度掙扎是否要停班停課，但中央政府有規定，加上今日原本就是週休，才會做出如此決策。

上次康納颱風來襲時，慘遭水淹的沙鹿區，目前已準備好900個沙包，並向水利局調2台抽水機，胡志強也已指示相關單位做好防颱因應措施，希望不要發生災情。
