《國際經濟》甘利明：若調升銷售稅，需2兆日圓額外支出做緩衝

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日本經濟財政擔當大臣甘利明表示，如果按原訂計畫自明年起兩階段將銷售稅提高一倍，日本政府將需要額外編列超過2兆日圓（202.2億美元）的財政支出方案，以緩解加稅對經濟造成的衝擊。

甘利明表示，日本首相安倍晉三可能在10月1日決定是否調高銷售稅，當天日本銀行（央行）將發布備受關注的企業信心短觀調查報告。

周一稍早前，甘利明表示，第二季國內生產毛額（GDP）獲得上修，是支持政府調升銷售稅的正面訊號。他並表示，如果銷售稅按計畫調升，政府應該採取措施，以確保經濟維持增長。
