6月最新實價登錄揭露，從101年8月以來漲幅6%，但新公布的數據出現不少有趣現象，像年齡最低的首購族居然只有1歲，買房買在一坪均價40-50萬的文山區女力也出頭，購屋能力也不容小覷，最喜歡買在大安區，比例居然高於男性6成。

1歲小娃居然買得起1坪40-50萬的樓房，根據最新實價登錄統計，台北購屋平均年齡是43.9歲，最大是98歲屋主，最小只有1歲，20歲以下能買房的比例居然有0.4%，原來買屋能節稅，「首購族」一生一戶土地增值稅只要10%，「贈與」房產增值稅則是20%起跳，父母用小孩名義買屋避稅比例變高，不只購屋年齡往下降，女力也抬頭，買屋比例高於男性4成，地點喜歡靠近市中心，最青睞大安區，女高於男比例約6成最高。

從101年8月實價登錄以來，北市房價微漲6%，交易最熱絡的中山、內湖、文山區有10%以上的漲幅，而北市最貴豪宅，位於信義區的皇翔御琚一坪高達270萬，公開房價資訊不只揭秘房價，有趣的購屋現象也能一窺端倪。
