洪仲丘案 三人羈押
桃園地方法院23日審理陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，合議庭裁定收押前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正與上士范佐憲，3人收押期間，依規定將停職、領半薪。（中央社製表）中央社 102年8月23日

桃園地方法院昨(23)日裁定羈押前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正與上士范佐憲，3人收押後監獄囚犯號碼出爐，范佐憲為2488、徐信正為2750、何江忠為2749，三人分別關在不同監舍。
由於今日為周六，依據規定不得探監，因此徐、何、范三人的家人無法前往探視。
軍方人士表示，依陸海空軍軍官士官任職條例規定，軍官、士官因犯罪嫌疑經羈押者「停職」，因此何江忠等3人將在收押後停職，但是仍能領取半薪。
