潭美颱風／一夜難眠！朴子淹水及胸　床也淹了

居民：「到這兒了！」

半夜的大雨，讓朴子竹村里淹水了，水深一度及胸，雨停了，出入還是得涉水而行，這戶人家更完全泡在水裡。居民：「這個要小心喔！沙包也沒辦法。」

水淹進床舖，狗狗無路可退，屋子裡，家具全泡在水裡，主人一整夜都不敢睡。居民：「直接淹進來，我用沙包都擋不住。」

竹林村一片汪洋，這大水還國小裡頭，差點漫過圍牆，校門前，水還不停灌進來，還好今天沒有上課，但居民卻飽受驚嚇，說這水只比八八風災好一點。居民：「比八八小一點！」

在布袋，因為滿潮，溪漧排水水位高漲，再八十公分就溢堤，護岸高度不足，就怕大水漫過堤防，只好緊急搬來1百個太空包應急。居民：「我不敢睡！」

溪漧排水之外，2、3公里長的布袋大排水位更高，本來大排就比兩旁的道路及住家還要高，昨天深夜11點多，大排幾乎滿溢，居民嚇得整夜難以入睡，就連縣府前的道路都積水，縣長說，這次淹水情況較之前輕微，是8年8百億治水計畫奏效。

嘉義縣長張花冠：「後續計畫如果不繼續做的話，會功虧一簣！」

一夜驚魂，現在居民只希望大水趕快退去，風雨不要再來。
