人口販運有無盡責護外勞權益 監委自請調查

監察院今日表示，監委近日接獲民眾陳訴，某公司僱用數十名外籍勞工，涉嫌扣留護照、居留證、薪資發放不合理、宿舍環境髒亂等惡劣對待情事，經警方勘查，認定為人口販運被害人。

監委指出，外籍勞工在我國遭僱主不當對待事件頻傳，為保障外籍勞工人權，警方及民間團體鑑別外籍勞工是人口販運被害人時，檢察機關是否善盡調查職責，監察委員沈美真、李復甸高度關注，22日申請自動調查，將瞭解相關機關有無違法失職。
