洪案移交桃院！女法官審　洪姊有信心

整整11箱，通通搬下車，裡面裝的全是洪仲丘案的證物卷宗。

桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官，與軍檢人員握手致意，象徵這歷史性的一刻，順利接手，之前外界才討論過，沒當過兵的女法官，該怎麼審理軍事案件，偏偏這麼巧，這回法院公開抽籤，抽中的合議庭3名法官中，其中2名就是女性。

強調對女法官有信心，這一次洪案抽中的受命法官叫做丁俞尹，台大法律系司法組畢業，司法官訓練所49期結業，僅3年的辦案經驗，陪席女法官許菁樺，則是50期畢業，兩名女法官都偏年輕，至於審判長鄭吉雄資歷較深，擔任法官7年多，9月初3人將接受院方安排，上軍事相關課程，受訓3到4天，如今洪仲丘案終於如家屬所願，由第三方介入偵辦，看在洪家大姊眼裡，相當欣慰。

當初洪案促成軍事審判法修法，還史無前例的進行大規模「軍囚移監」，但洪家人最希望的仍是，隨著案件移交，曾經被蒙蔽的真相，能夠撥雲見日。
