太熱？壓力大？ 彰縣自殺人數增

嚇！彰化地檢署法醫室統計，彰化縣7月份自殺死亡人數是月平均值2倍、達30人，也比去年同期多12人，其中男性是女性的近3倍。精神科醫師表示，人會輕生大多與精神狀況不佳有關，且易受外在環境刺激，「太熱」也有可能。

地檢署法醫室指出，彰化縣自殺死亡人數，平均每個月約14至16人，但今年7月份，縣內自殺死亡人數突然暴增，飆到30人，由於去年同期也才18人。

男性的抗壓性較低？30名自殺死亡人口，男性22人、女性8人，年齡層從27歲的年輕人到91歲老人都有，其中老年人的自殺原因多為「久病厭世」；27歲的年輕人，則是隔天要參加普考，但擔心考不上、壓力太大。

彰化基督教醫院精神司法中心主任王俸鋼指出，一般人會自殺，大多與「精神疾病」有關，尤是當受到外在環境刺激時，更有可能發生，自殺的原因很多，無法從短期現象判斷趨勢 。

彰化縣生命線協會主任呂敏昌也指出，自殺行為往往是多重複雜因素交互影響而成，當各種生活壓力源或情緒困擾出現時，自殺風險也相對提高。
