Sony Fit 15 觸控面板送修問題

上個月才買的Fit 15,前陣子發現在觸擊時反應不靈敏...
昨天更誇張,鼠標一整個不聽使喚!
後來拿到Sony的維修中心,約好要換新的觸控板...
但我後來回家後,機子又恢復正常了...
想請教: 要換觸控板的話,是不是要將機殼拆開呢?這樣會不會影響它本身的結構性啊???
會不會換了以後問題更多啊???
