「人群掩護」蔡英文到場　低調聲援洪案

民眾：「小英主席加油！加油！」

穿著白衣走在人群裡，但還是被眼尖認出，前民進黨主席蔡英文，低調到現場聲援活動，在民眾簇擁之下，悄悄的找到塊空地坐下來，但她舉起食指要大家小聲別張揚，以免引起注意，但被不少支持群眾包圍著，還有人拍照，閃光燈不斷，但來支持的民進黨天王，還有他。群眾：「不接受！」

怒火燒向總統府，就連民進黨主席蘇貞昌，也隱沒人群，以公民身分力挺，沒缺席國家大事，自家綠營立委更是走出議場，把核四爭議暫時擺在一邊，以晚會優先，而上次的3萬人街頭教召活動，當時的國防部副部長楊念祖，親上火線，向全國民眾道歉，現在身分變部長了，反倒沒有出現。

記者：「總統，洪仲丘告別式你會去嗎？」總統馬英九：「我會去、我會去，我會參加！」

馬總統到嘉義關心原住民，還是心繫洪家，雖然沒到凱道的活動現場，但承諾排開行程要到告別式，送洪仲丘最後一程，國軍醜聞演變成的政治風暴，兩黨領袖，各自以行動表述。
