機場捷運林口A7合宜住宅昨（5）日順利完成第一階段抽籤銷售作業，中籤率約為18.67％，後續選屋簽約作業預計於7月22日起開始辦理。內政部次長蕭家淇表示，政府還會有第3波的合宜住宅推出，目前仍在尋找合適土地；麗寶機構董事長吳寶田則指出，合宜住宅建商只賺合理的代工錢，希望政府能持續推動。

機場捷運林口A7合宜住宅昨日在聯合銷售接待中心舉辦抽籤作業，符合資格登記人數為22,699名，包括一般22,632名、優先承購戶67名，而全案可售戶數4,238戶，中籤率18.67％。

選屋簽約作業預計於7月22日起開始辦理，每戶簽約金30萬元，若有購買車位者，每位車位簽約金5萬元，簽約金須於當日繳交完畢，才能進行簽約作業。

此次A7合宜住宅分為4大區塊，其中，A區為「遠雄合宜」共計8棟、可銷1208戶、56間店面；B區為「皇翔歡喜城」共計12棟、可銷1,691戶、57間店面；C區為「名軒快樂家」共6棟、可銷487戶、16間店面；D區為「麗寶快樂家」共11棟、可銷852戶、22間店面，4家建商合計總銷金額306億元（不包含1樓店面），全案預計104年完工。

蕭家淇昨日於會場中表示，政府已推出2波包括板橋浮洲橋與林口A7合宜住宅案，還會有第3波合宜住宅產品推出，現階段正在尋找合適地點。

吳寶田則表示，內政部規定A7合宜住宅主建物每坪15萬元，而附屬建物每坪為6萬元，等於是政府已經把成本都算好了，建商每坪土地成本約4~5萬元、興建成本8~9萬元，建商興建合宜住宅只是賺合理的代工錢，未來希望政府能持續推動，集團旗下建商都會願意配合。
