咖啡可樂好難戒 火燒心恐致食道癌

（優活健康網記者談雍雍／綜合報導）你也是偏好咖啡、碳酸飲料、酒精等刺激性食物嗎？當心「火燒心」讓你苦不堪言！張先生晚上常吃大餐又喜歡喝咖啡，近三月來發現飯後時常胃酸逆流且咽喉處灼熱、吞嚥困難，到腸胃科求診才知得了「胃食道逆流症」，萬芳醫院消化內科醫師陳永發指出，胃食道逆流若不積極治療將會引發食道發炎、慢性咳嗽，最嚴重會誘發食道癌。

陳永發醫師指出，台灣近年來胃食道逆流病患也有明顯增加趨勢，2001年台灣胃食道逆流症盛行率約7％，2004至2005年則攀升到14.2％，3、4年間成長一倍。

陳永發表示，經常食用刺激性食物如柑橘、蕃茄、薄荷、巧克力、碳酸飲料、酒精、咖啡、茶、高油脂、辛辣食物等較容易誘發腸胃道疾病，其中「胃食道逆流症」是指胃內容物逆流到食道引起臨床症狀或造成食道黏膜組織改變的食道疾病，大多數患者可藉由改變生活方式和藥物治療來舒緩症狀。
