綠能科技傳內線交易 檢調搜索

股票上市公司「綠能科技」傳出疑似有員工涉及內線交易，涉嫌違反證交法案遭檢調搜索、約談。

台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信表示，承辦檢察官今天下午指揮北機站，兵分多路搜索台北、桃園等十一個地點。

檢調發現，民國100年間，綠能科技內部員工疑似在公告調降財測消息前賣股，企圖規避公司虧損，涉嫌內線交易，檢調蒐證後等到股市收盤即發動偵查作為，傍晚五點多陸續約談前林姓總經理等十多名嫌疑人與證人，預計深夜移送北檢複訊，以釐清相關案情。
