新油價公式 下週可望定案

新的服動油價公式已經由經濟部能源局送交經濟部，可望在下週三定案。經濟部長張家祝表示，我國的油價是否要維持「亞鄰最低價」，還有待討論，他希望可以維持在亞洲鄰近國家的平均水準，同時充分反映國際油價跌幅，同時解決油價連續漲跌造成的遞迴效應。（戎華儀報導）

經濟部能源局委託民間智庫研究新的浮動油價公式已經接近尾聲，下週將由經濟部開會後拍板定案。對於是否要繼續維持亞洲鄰近國家最低的油價，經濟部長張家祝表示，原則上希望新的油價公式可以如實反映國際油價的變動，但漲價的「天花板」可能維持，並考量維持亞鄰最低價的意義和目的，他個人認為維持在亞洲鄰國的平均價格，比維持最低價有意義。

張家祝：『可能不會拿掉。雖然也有很多質疑說要不要...這個到時候我們再討論一下，要不要維持亞鄰最低價？維持亞鄰最低價的目的是什麼？意義是什麼，我覺得這個也有很多人在質疑。』

張家祝也表示，現有的油價公式在油價連續上漲或下跌時容易產生遞迴效應，對消費者不公平，新的公式將可解決這項問題。
