備受爭議的會計法修法出現政策大轉彎，馬英九總統親自道歉，並要求行政院提出覆議，前民進黨主席蔡英文今（8）日表示，由於民意的壓力非常大，政策轉彎是必然的，希望這件事能讓執政者得到教訓，她並呼籲政府應該從善如流，立即停建核四。

會計法修法引發的除罪化爭議不斷，馬英九總統7日親自召開記者會，向社會大眾道歉，並宣布將由行政院向立法院提出覆議，對於這項政策出現大逆轉，前民進黨主席蔡英文今日前往凱達格蘭學校演講，回答媒體詢問時表示，由於會計法修法造成非常、非常大的民意壓力，因此轉彎是必然的。

蔡英文表示，朝野政黨在處理會計法修法時，某個程度上都過於輕忽民意，還好民進黨先即時調整，她並認為，這件事馬總統還是必須要負最大的責任，也希望執政黨能得到教訓，今後在處理重大議題時，應該要把民意當成最優先的考量。

蔡英文指出，就像核四議題，民意已經非常清楚，政府就應該從善如流，立即停建核四。
