〈獨家〉搶佔明星學區　「租戶籍」輕鬆賺十萬

戶籍包租婆：「今年入學的，99年就要設籍。」

詳細解說國小學童入學，至少3年前就要在當地設戶籍，她是包租婆，拿出租屋契約，讓房客假租屋，實際上違法出租「戶籍」！無本生意，一個月要價3000元，至少設籍3年，就賺10萬！

戶籍包租婆：「一年3萬6元。」

包租婆推薦的新生國小，其實在大安區同一個學區，還有龍安國小等其他選擇，不少家長看上新生國小重視語文能力，校風自由，這位戶籍包租婆，一間套房， 就租給3戶民眾設戶籍，一個月淨賺9000元！抓到怎麼辦？戶籍包租婆：「頂多罰3000元。」

以101學年度為例，台北市每位國小學童可以分得46萬教育經費，新北市每生只有22萬，還不到台北市的一半，不少新北市的家長，讓孩子跨區就讀，台北市還有家長，不惜花錢，也要把孩子擠進明星學校，台北市教育局公佈的滿額國小，包括新生國小，博愛國小等，看在家長眼裏，就是熱門明星學校指標。

點開網頁，不少人PO文出租戶籍，儼然已經成為「公開的秘密」，還有網友討論要在這些學區， 改當戶籍包租婆，形容「躺著就有錢進來」。

TVBS記者陳乃瑜：「有人炒作明星學校出租戶籍，不過租戶籍幫孩子，選學校的爸爸媽媽，小心代價不只租金。」

大安戶所秘書李慶龍：「不實申報按照戶籍法76條，要罰緩新台幣，3000元以上到9000元罰緩。」

除了家族成員，在沒有居住事實、沒有房屋所有權的地址，租戶籍，已經構成故意不實申請，根據戶籍法，罰款將落在行為人，也就是承租人身上，以假戶籍換得學籍，可能涉及偽造文書，使公務員登載不實，最嚴重可能得關3年，國民教育實施至今，家長始終難以擺脫「明星學校」刻板價值觀，爸爸媽媽如果為了幫孩子選學校，以身試法，恐怕作了錯誤示範！

下個月要到東部參加單車活動
想請問暑假到花東騎車需要注意小黑蚊嗎？
夏天怕熱
我們只會穿短的車衣車褲
但現在花東小黑蚊好像很多
擔心騎車時裸露的雙腿變成小黑蚊的攻擊目標!!
請問如果要噴防蚊液的話是在騎車前或是騎車後休息時噴呢?
運動完汗流浹背，如果還要穿外套長褲把自己包起來防蚊真的太不舒服了...
