《MarketWatch》周三 (9日) 報導，聯準會 (Fed) 公布會議紀要，盡管 9 月中旬央行官員們暫緩退場腳步，但大多數成員依然認為，今 (2013) 年內削減經濟刺激計畫規模較為妥當。
《MarketWatch》周三 (9日) 報導，聯準會 (Fed) 公布會議紀要，盡管 9 月中旬央行官員們暫緩退場腳步，但大多數成員依然認為，今 (2013) 年內削減經濟刺激計畫規模較為妥當。
會議紀要顯示，大多數央行官員仍認為，今年最好開始縮小 850 億美元的債券購買計畫規模，並於明 (2014) 年中旬完全終止。
也有一些官員對此觀點不表贊同，但數量並不是很多。部份官員稱，得到明年 Fed 才會著手執行首次退場動作，而整個寬鬆計畫得等到明年 6 月才有機會終結。
分析師們指出，對於 Fed 本日會議紀要內容，市場反應顯得非常安靜。
紀要公布後，股市仍保持今日的樂觀漲勢，道瓊工業指數揚升 53 點至 14829 點。
會議內容另提到，大多數不贊成退場的官員們認為，減緩經濟支援力道將引發「額外、不必要的金融市場緊縮狀況」。
官員們擔憂 Fed 若提高基準利率，將減緩整體經濟前進腳步。另一方面，支持退場的一方質疑，寬鬆數據何時才能支撐起經濟的確定改善。
會議紀要如此寫到：「若 Fed 在目前情況下不削減購債規模，未來幾個月的削減動作可能顯得難以解釋，經濟恐怕缺乏更強勁的表現，且聯邦政府的財政問題仍充斥不穩定性。」
最後在 10 位有投票權的政策委員會成員中，僅有一位表態不支持削減寬鬆政策規模。
Fed 估計將於 10 月 29-30 日間，舉行下一場政策會議。
經濟學家們並不預期 Fed 會在 10 月著手進行退場，因為伯南克並無計畫舉行記者會宣布事項，且政府正值關門期間。學者們認為 12 月是比較有可能的時間點。
